Since a young age, Rob has had a love for bikes, and his passion has only grown stronger over the years. In 1998, he began his insurance career, but it was in 2002 that he found his true calling as a specialist motorcycle broker and established Dearham Management Services. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field, he even headed up leisure facilities for two major brokers.

Rob's reputation in the motorcycle insurance industry is well-known, and he has even made various media appearances discussing the importance of motorcycle insurance. But Rob's passion for riding doesn't stop at insurance. In 2011, he took his love for bikes to the next level and started racing regional Superbikes on his KTM RC8R. He has also been a track-days instructor for many years, sharing his knowledge and passion for riding with others.
